Modified on Tue, 19 Aug at 4:50 AM

Introduction

If an employee has left your company or no longer requires access to AgriChain, you can easily delete their account from your company profile. Deleting an employee ensures they will no longer be able to log in or access company information. Please note that this action can only be performed by a Company Admin.

To delete an employee, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on your profile/initials in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select "Employees" from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the Employees tab, locate the employee you want to remove.

  4. Click on the employee’s name to open their profile.

  5. At the bottom of the employee details page, click on "Delete Employee".

  6. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

⚠️ Note: Only Company Admins can delete employees. Once an employee is deleted, they will no longer have access to the AgriChain platform under your company.
