Company Admin
- Role Overview: Holds ultimate authority with full control over the company's AgriChain account.
- Permissions: Access to all company-related information, including contracts, freight orders, and details. Can add employees and reset login ins.
- Recommendation: Typically, each company should have only one company administrator. Exceptions require approval via support@agrichain.com.
Office Admin
- Role Overview: Similar to company administration but limited in editing company details or adding offices.
- Permissions: Full control over the linked office, excluding company-wide modifications.
Office Employee
- Role Overview: Similar to Office Admin but restricted to adding employees or general conditions.
- Permission: control is limited to the linked office's functions.
Farm Admin
- Role Overview: Similar to company administration but exclusive to the linked farm.
- Permissions: Full control over the linked farm, excluding company-wide details.
Note: You cannot edit company details but can manage farm-specific information and add farm employees.
Farm Employee
- Role Overview: Similar to Farm Admin, with control specific to the linked farm.
- Permissions: functions are aligned with the Farm Admin role.
Site Admin
- Role Overview: Restricted to viewing details, with exceptions in the Site Management and Booking sections.
- Permissions: Management of company sites' time slots and bookings, excluding broader sections.
Site Employee
- Role Overview: Limited to viewing details, with exceptions in the Site Management and Booking sections.
- Permissions: Ability to manage company sites' time slots and external site bookings.
Driver
- Role Overview: Exclusively uses the AgriChain Mobile App to access assigned job schedules, such as planned freight movements. A subscriber may request AgriChain to hide all contracts and orders from the driver. Please submit a ticket via the Help '?' Widget.
- Permissions: Mobile app access without login capabilities on the AgriChain Web App.
Unassigned
- Role Overview: Does not have access to AgriChain. This role is exclusively for users created in registered companies but not by the company admin of the said company.
- Permissions: No Access.

Can a company have more than one company administrator on AgriChain?
While AgriChain recommends having a single company administrator, exceptions can be made. To request additional company admin roles, the current company admin must submit a request via admin@agrichain.com.
