Assign an existing adhoc freight movement to an existing Contract/Freight Order

In the event that a freight movement using the AgriChain Mobile App is created and carried out without a Contract/Freight Order Number assigned to it, it can be linked at a later stage using the AgriChain Web App.

This is often the case when e.g. deliveries are carried out on an adhoc basis with limited information/no job schedules. 

Thus, to assign and link an existing freight movement to an existing Contract/Freight Order Number:

• Click on 'Freight Movements' on the left-hand side navigation menu. You will then be brought to a list of all the freight movements linked to your account.

• Search, select, and click on the freight movement you wish to assign and link an existing contract/freight order number to.
• You will then be brought to said freight movement's details page.
• On the top right-hand side of the page, click on the '3 dot menu' button. 

• A pop-up will appear. Click on 'Assign to a Contract/Freight Order'.

• A window will then appear on the right-hand side of the page with the header 'Assign       Contract/Order'. 
• Select the relevant contract/freight order number.
• Once done, click on SUBMIT.
• Your existing freight movement will now be assigned and linked to the existing contract/freight order number you selected.
